                If your Towely isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
               
                1. Returns
If you’d like to return your towel, no worries; just let us know within 2 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure your Towely is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm.
If all is good, your payment will be on its way back to you within 5–7 business days.
3. Exchanges
Received something defective or damaged? We’re so sorry!
We’re happy to exchange it, just get in touch with us and we’ll take care of everything.
4. What Can’t Be Returned
To keep things hygienic and fair for everyone, we can’t accept returns for:
- Towels that have been used or washed
- Items damaged after delivery
